We are taking submissions for our online gallery. We are planning a series of exhibitions to be held in various NYC galleries and other venues. Art will chosen by our participating charities and galleries for these shows from The Art by Design Online Gallery

GALLERIES

We will offer all submitted paintings for sale on our Art by Design Gallery website. The NYC Gallery curators and charities will choose from the Art by Design Gallery online which paintings they wish to be shown in their galleries.

The artist will set the net (wholesale) price he wishes to receive for the painting. The galleries and charities will add their percentages on top of the artist price. Plus 10% on top for the online gallery.

The paintings in the Art by Design Gallery may also be purchased directly from this site from the artist. These buyers will pay the net (wholesale) price of the painting and deal with the exhibiting artist directly. The artist will pay the online gallery 10% commission.

To help defray the costs of installing and maintaining this site, please send through paypal, $22 per painting (also entitles you to stay as long as you wish as part of our online gallery and send to: EMAILthe following:

Your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the title of your work, dimensions, medium and price of the work. Attach a JPEG of your submitted work.

Also if you have a web site just send one JPEG to appear on the site along with your url and send $22 via paypal.

One payment and one e-mail per submission.

The online show will be ongoing...........we plan to bring new artists to the world and to the large NYC art market. We will have the online gallery and hopefully several NYC gallery shows per year.

MEDIA REQUIREMENTS

Categories include: oil and acrylics, photography, water color, pastel. sculpture, electronic media. Prints, may also be placed for sale, giclees also. We will accept original art as well as art you own painted by others.

SHIPPING AND LIABILITY

Should your art be chosen for one of the gallery or charity art shows, EACH ARTIST WILL THEN DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE GALLERY IN REGARD TO SHIPPING AND INSURING WORK TO AND FROM THE EXHIBIT. ON SITE,

 

The gallery or charity reserves the right to reject any work that does not comply with the requirements. We will give each chosen artist the date of delivery for each show. We will contact each and every artist upon acceptance of and piece of art for the online gallery as well as when a piece is chosen by the galleries for the shows AND PUT EACH ARTIST PERSONALLY IN TOUCHWITH THE GALLERY..
